Refund policy

No returns or refunds are permitted once a purchase is made.  If an incorrect product was purchased, please email shop@myskynetworks.com for assistance.

All support and warranties are provided directly via the Vendor, Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Phone support is available for the first 90 days after the Instant On device is set up via +27 21 427 3241. After 90 days, customers are eligible for chat support only. Contact details are available via the Instant On mobile app or the chat bot on the website https://instant-on.hpe.com/contact-support/#contact

The standard warranty is as follows: Instant On Access Points come with a 2-year warranty. Instant On Switches come with a limited lifetime warranty, and Instant On Transceivers and Direct Attach Cables (DACs) come with a 3-year warranty.

No warranty will be honoured if the product has been tampered with, if the seals on the product have been broken, or if the product has been operated outside the manufacturer’s specifications.
